Clementine's Confections Return/Exchange Policy
At Clementine’s Confections, we’re committed to providing fresh, high-quality baked goods made with care. Most of our items are custom-made and best enjoyed shortly after pickup or delivery.
Deposits & Cancellations
To confirm your order, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit of your total. This secures your place in our baking schedule and covers materials we begin preparing in advance.
You may cancel your order up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Your deposit will be retained, but no additional payment is required.
Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable in full, and the remaining balance will still be due. We begin production ahead of time, and most items cannot be resold or repurposed.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products and health and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an item is picked up or delivered, the sale is final.
Quality Concerns
We want you to love what you ordered. While we cannot accept returns, we are happy to address major quality concerns such as:
Receiving the wrong item
Items that are severely damaged or unfit for consumption
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or delivery and notify us immediately if there’s an issue. We may request photos to better understand what happened. If we determine there was a clear error on our part, we’ll work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund, store credit, or remake—at our sole discretion.
A Note on Taste
We use premium ingredients and time-tested recipes, but personal preferences can vary. Slight variations are natural with handmade products and do not qualify as defects.
