At Clementine's Confections, we are committed to providing you with fresh, delicious, and high-quality baked goods. Each item is crafted with care, often made to order, and designed to be enjoyed shortly after purchase.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges policy on all items once they have been picked up or delivered. All sales are final.
Addressing Quality and Satisfaction Concerns:
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges, we understand that issues can sometimes arise.
If you believe there is a significant defect or error with your order (e.g., wrong item, severely damaged product, or a clear quality issue that makes the item unfit for consumption), you must notify us immediately upon pickup or delivery.
Prompt Notification is Key: Please inspect your order thoroughly at the time of receipt. We will work with you throughout the order and preparation process to ensure your needs are met. Any issues regarding the condition or correctness of your order must be brought to our attention upon pickup or delivery.
Resolution for Defects: If, upon review, we determine there was a genuine defect or error on our part that significantly impacts the usability or quality of the product, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. This may include, at our sole discretion, a partial or full refund, or a credit towards a future purchase. We may request photos of the item to help us understand the issue.
Subjective Satisfaction: Our policy does not cover issues related to personal taste, texture preferences, or minor variations inherent in handmade products. We stand by the quality of our ingredients and recipes.
